Koyorad is proud to introduce an all-aluminum performance radiator for the 1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma. This radiator features Koyorad’s NFLO triple pass technology which directs coolant in three directions through the radiator, ensuring the entire core is utilized for improved efficiency over an OEM single pass radiator configuration. The core thickness has been increased to 36mm, a 44% increase over the OEM unit and utilizes Koyorad’s high density tubes and fins to boost the vehicle’s heat capacity and endurance under extreme use. The use of factory fans, AC condenser, OEM coolant hoses and OEM mounting provisions are retained requiring no modifications. Koyorad’s advanced engineering and design methods, impeccable TIG welds, proficiency in furnace brazing, and triple pressure testing for quality has earned their excellent reputation in performance cooling worldwide. Tech Notes: Direct fit for MT equipped 95-04 Tacoma V6 4×4 and Pre Runner V6. Use Koyorad SK-C13 or equivalent mini style cap, OEM Cap not compatible.
For AT equipped 95-04 Tacoma 4×4 V6 and PreRunner V6: Requires mandatory AT cooler (not included). Recommended purchase of lower radiator hose for 4×4 w/ MT (Toyota part # 16572-07030 or Gates # 21534) and fan shroud for 4×4 w/MT (Toyota part # 16711-07020), however trimming of the original fan shroud may be adequate. Use Koyorad SK-C13 or equivalent mini style cap, OEM Cap not compatible.
