Description
This unique gratitude journal format was inspired by superstar Elizabeth Taylor (1932–2011) and her best friend Roddy McDowall (1928–1998). Back in the day, when Taylor was going through a particularly rough period in her life (she was fated to have many!), her buddy McDowall suggested journaling as a way for her to work through her feelings and gifted her with a notebook to write in, emblazoned with the title Ye Olde Bitch Book. Our version offers sections for both Gratitude and Gripes in a back-to-back format; just turn the book one way or the other depending on what mood you’re in and start writing. (Roddy was right; I do feel better.)
