On the drop down menu you can select what engine model you have of the 1 Series F40. Cobra develop F40 Springs for the following 1 Series models; 116i/116d/118i/118d/120i/120d/128ti.
With Springs we would recommend professional installation due to the complexity of removing and reinstalling Springs with the correct tools. We can offer fitting on these Springs in particular at our HQ in Essex. Or most local garages should be able to carry this out for you.
